MMBL Cyberskills (Pvt) Ltd, the master franchisee for NIIT in Sri Lanka, has a proposal to take care off the training for the Non IT Graduates (even the IT graduates can participate) in Sri Lanka through a program called Conversion + Program.
Applicants will be graduates or even undergraduates of final year in any discipline as follow;

Software Export Association (SEA) will give scholarships & jobs for top scorers of the placement test & the balance will be directed to the interviews with leading companies in the industry after completion of the program.
Anyhow, if a participant does not have a degree, he/she can also apply for this & get an industry demandable professional qualification which helps him/her to further development of his/her career.
This particular curriculum is designed as per the current market demand of the IT industry & certificates will be approved by SEA & NIIT India. This is the first time in Sri Lanka, launching a program like this & University Grant Commission & Ministry of Higher Education are supporting for the same.
